Assist Parents/Elder Care

Today, many Canadians find themselves responsible for the care of an elderly relative. Stats Canada has reported that as many as one out of five elderly Canadians require some sort of assistance and that more than 40% of this group relies on family and friends for support. We will work with you to ensure that your loved ones are cared for throughout their senior years.

Health Care

Provincial health plans do not cover all medical insurance needs required by elders. Supplementary health plans can be purchased to cover additional medical costs.

Long-Term Care

With long-term care insurance, a regular cash benefit is provided to assist with the costs associated with long-term medical care either in a facility or at home. This type of plan may be an ideal solution to ensure that you will be able to pay for care at the facility of your choice, to preserve assets and/or income from provincial authorities should the insured enters a facility for care or for those who are worried about having to rely on family members for care.
